Sean Scallan

Sean Scallan is a Senior Investment Advisor for 3CRE. He earned his Sales Associates License in the state of Kentucky in 2020. Sean handles sales and leasing for multiple asset types with a focus on multifamily and industrial. 

Prior to joining 3CRE, Sean spent 10 years working with Marriott’s Global Sales Team selling for all 30 of their brands around the world. Sean also is an owner and self-manages multiple asset types which include industrial and multifamily properties in Cincinnati. Using his diverse work experience, effective negotiations and taking time to consult with his clients has allowed Sean to help investors achieve their investment goals.

Sean grew up in Cincinnati and attended Moeller High School.  He earned his BSBA (Marketing) from the University of Indiana Kelley School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and mentoring young kids through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization.
