Dominic Wolf

Dominic Wolf is a Senior Advisor with 3CRE, specializing in commercial real estate throughout the Cincinnati to Dayton market. He brings a diverse background in commercial real estate, construction, property operations, and investment, with particular experience in multifamily and retail properties.

Prior to transitioning full-time into brokerage, Dominic spent six years in commercial construction, working in project management and estimating. He also spent three years in Lexington, Kentucky, overseeing operations and leasing for a commercial portfolio consisting primarily of retail assets.

In addition to his brokerage work, Dominic is a partner at SimCap Holdings, a Cincinnati-based real estate investment and management company focused on multifamily properties. Through SimCap, he is actively involved in acquisitions, asset management, property management, leasing, renovations, and day-to-day operations across the company’s portfolio.

This combination of construction, ownership, leasing, and property operations gives Dominic a practical perspective on commercial real estate and a firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by property owners and investors.
