JJ Ashcraft is no stranger to the entrepreneurial space, having owned multiple businesses over the past two decades. One of his notable accomplishments includes pioneering the introduction of sensory deprivation tanks to Ohio with the opening of the state’s first spa offering this unique experience.                                                                  

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, JJ has flipped multiple properties as well as managed both long and mid-term rentals. With a keen eye for opportunities and a knack for turning properties into profitable assets, JJ has demonstrated his expertise in the dynamic world of real estate.                                                                                                 

JJ’s commitment to continuous learning is unwavering. He actively seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge and skill set, understanding that adaptation and growth are key to success in the ever-evolving world of business.

Outside of his professional pursuits, JJ finds the greatest joy in spending quality time with his family. He shares his life’s adventures with his wife, Yacmet, and two children, Brad and Lily. They also share their home with four lively dachshunds, adding an extra layer of excitement to their daily lives.                                                                                          

When not immersed in business or family activities, JJ embraces the thrill of life through his love for adventure. He finds solace in hiking, thrills in skydiving, tranquility in scuba diving, and a sense of wonder in traveling the world.
