Felicia Bell

Felicia Bell is the Director at 3CRE Residential Advisors Brokerage. She is a full-time real estate investor who invests in single family and multi-family properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. She is a housing provider and an Airbnb host.  She is the Past President of the Real Estate Investment Association of Greater Cincinnati. Felicia works with buyers and sellers of “pretty” properties and highly distressed properties.  She uses cash and creative financing strategies to acquire the properties she owns.  She uses her knowledge, talent and professionalism to build relationships with her residents and clients to fulfill the mission of her company which is UNITING HEARTS and HOMES ONE DOOR at a TIME.
