Dominic Wolf

Dominic Wolf is a Senior Investment Advisor for 3CRE. He earned his Sales Associates License in the state of Kentucky in 2019 and the State of Ohio in 2022 and handles sales, leasing, and asset management responsibilities for several commercial and industrial properties in Ohio and Kentucky.

Prior to joining 3CRE, Dominic spent eight years in commercial real estate and construction for Turner Construction Company and Pioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems in Cincinnati, OH, and Equity Management Group, Inc. in Lexington, KY  where he specialized in project and property management, operations management, estimating, sales and leasing.

Dominic earned his Bachelor of Urban Planning Degree and a Certificate of Historic Preservation from the University of Cincinnati’s prestigious DAAP program in 2014. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Briana, spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events, and winemaking.
