Colton Oliver is a marketing specialist from Cincinnati, Ohio. Colton graduated from Madeira High School in 2021 alongside coworkers Max Spelder, and Jacob Costantini. Colton has been an entrepreneur his whole life with a keen eye for finding new business ventures for himself and others. Colton prides himself on his incredible ability to connect with, and create professional winning relationships with anyone he crosses paths with. 

Colton focuses on building the awareness of 3CRE to those in the Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky markets through his professional manner and sharp knowledge of real estate investment. Colton is responsible for coordinating the direct to consumer marketing for 3CRE.
