Centerville Square Shopping Center

Our leasing team has leased up six of the eight current spaces at the shopping center. The asset’s value has doubled, and the blend of retailers in the center has created complimentary synergistic pieces in which traffic at the center has increased. The New Grocery Anchor will open in early 2025 and generate an additional 200,000 visits when opened. This will generate significant activity and sales revenue for existing tenants and also help increase our base rent ask at the center.
