J.R. Foster

J.R. Foster has over 25 years of expertise in commercial real estate finance, investment banking, and capital structuring, having worked on Wall Street for both Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. In 2010, J.R. co-founded a commercial mortgage firm to guide investors, developers, and business owners through the process of securing commercial real estate loans and business acquisition financing. Over the years, he has built relationships with more than 200 capital sources, including—but not limited to—conventional lenders, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, SBA, DSCR, and fix-and-flip financing providers, offering clients the best options for their funding needs.

A Cincinnati native, J.R. attended Cincinnati Country Day School and earned his undergraduate degree from DePauw University. He remains active nationwide as a board member for several nonprofit and for-profit organizations. He is also an avid traveler, skier, foodie, and devoted family man.
