Joe Quicquaro brings over forty years of diverse business experience, having worked alongside his father, a serial entrepreneur involved in multiple business ventures. This exposure sparked Joe’s interest in commercial real estate and business brokerage services. His industry expertise spans auto body repair, truck body manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, hospitality, restaurant management, industrial gas distribution, foodservice equipment manufacturing and distribution, school bus transportation contracting, and property management and investment.

As a Certified Senior Appraiser accredited by the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America (EANA), Joe provides USPAP-compliant appraisals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Akron. Born and raised in Greensburg, PA, 30 miles east of Pittsburgh, Joe is dedicated to delivering top-notch business brokerage and commercial real estate services, focusing on identifying key tasks to help clients achieve their business and investment goals.
