Nick Mileham

Nick, originally from Anderson, a suburb of Cincinnati, is a dedicated real estate advisor specializing in sales and leasing, with additional experience in property management support. He holds a Finance degree with a minor in Real Estate from The Ohio State University, equipping him with a strong foundation in market analysis and transactional strategy. Nick works closely with clients to navigate buying, selling, and leasing processes, while also assisting with the operational side of property management, including tenant relations and maintenance coordination.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors. He’s passionate about skiing, golfing, and fishing, often traveling around the U.S. to pursue these interests.
