Gabriela Costantini

Gabriela is a Senior Commercial Investment Advisor and Business Broker at 3CRE’s Cincinnati office, bringing nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience in the Greater Cincinnati area. Gabriela partners with landlords and tenants to execute acquisitions, manage dispositions, and identify optimal sites for expansion. She also leads leasing efforts for both retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments. As a Senior Business Broker, Gabriela facilitates the buying and selling of privately held businesses, streamlining complex transactions for business owners and buyers alike.

Gabriela joined 3CRE in 2016, initially contributing her expertise in the marketing department. After obtaining her real estate license in 2019, she quickly established herself as a top performer, completing over 100 transactions in sales, leasing, and business brokerage. In 2024 alone, she closed 31 transactions and consistently ranks among the top three producers at 3CRE.

Prior to joining 3CRE, Gabriela spent four years with Sidney Imports Company, where she focused on territory sales, brand visibility, and consumer-facing events.
