Clare Holtmeier

Clare is currently doing market research and admin activities at 3CRE. Being mentored by veteran investment advisor Gabriela Costantini she will soon be ready to take on retail investments.  She grew up in West Chester, Ohio and graduated from Lakota East High School.  She is a 5th year at the University of Cincinnati.  In the Spring of 2023, she plans to graduate with a double major in Marketing and Real Estate, and a minor in Management.  She is focused on building a skillset that specializes in the commercial retail sales and leasing process.
